We take the collection of Personal Information from our consumers seriously and are committed to protecting your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please read below to learn how we collect and use.

 

Shipping Policy

Zenovia Skin Products we accept orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order that they are received, expect items to be shipped approximately 2-5 days  after the order is placed (excluding private label orders). All orders are shipped from Corpus Christi, Tx via USPS or UPS. Zenovia Skin Products ships to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.

We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
- If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report the lost package to us within 24 hours of the marked 'delivery'. Once you have reported your lost package, we will help launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. 
- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages 
- Damaged packages are very rare but in the case you may receive one, we ask that you contact Zenovia Skin Products within 24 hours of delivery confirmation to report any damages to your product. We handle damage claims on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for damaged packages. We always pack and ship our products neatly and securely and rarely inquire problems. We will handle filing a claim on your behalf and if we feel this was a packaging mistake on our end, we will gladly reship the damaged products free of charge.  Please contact us if you have any issues!

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. 
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. 
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. 
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

 

Payment: 
It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the  Stripe , which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
